Beacon Hill Staffing Group Named to Largest Direct Hire Firms Globally List for Third Year in a Row

Beacon Hill Staffing Group was recently named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) list of “Largest Direct Hire Firms Globally." Beacon Hill is one of 30 firms recognized on the list, compiled using global direct hire staffing revenues generated in 2020. Ranking #20 with direct hire revenue of $34 million, Beacon Hill was one of 13 firms headquartered in the United States to make the list.

Even in the midst of a global pandemic, so far this year, Beacon Hill opened new offices in Columbia, MD and Tampa, FL. Our five largest direct hire and executive search markets in the US include Boston’s financial, administrative and office professional, and legal businesses, followed by our New York and Philadelphia administrative-professional and financial businesses, respectively.

Though Beacon Hill saw a slight dip in direct hire revenue in 2020 due to the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, the direct hire teams remained hard at work to maintain our upward trajectory. “We are very proud of our executive search and direct-hire teams across the country,” stated Andrew Wang, CEO. “It is an honor to be recognized as one of the most prominent firms on the globe.”

According to SIA, “The global direct hire market accounted for $35.8 billion (€31.4 billion) in 2020, 7.7% of the global staffing market.” The United States represented an estimated 26% of this global direct-hire revenue, making it the world’s largest direct hire market with $9.4 billion in annual sales.
