Beacon Hill Staffing Group Once Again Named to The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work List; Ranked 20th in the State of Massachusetts in the Medium Employers Category

Beacon Hill Staffing Group was again named to The Boston Globe’s prestigious “Top Places to Work” list for 2020, ranking 20th out of 55 companies in the "Medium Employers” category. This is the sixth consecutive year that Beacon Hill has been recognized, and seventh year overall. Furthermore, Beacon Hill was one of twelve companies in this category that have been named a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe seven or more times.

The news was reported in a special Top Places to Work magazine supplement included in The Boston Globe on November 19th. This is the popular magazine’s thirteenth year of honoring the state’s most beloved workplaces based on surveys of the people who know best – the employees themselves.

The Boston Globe’s 2020 Top Places to Work survey was conducted by Energage of Philadelphia, an employee research and consulting firm. The Globe invited employers of all sizes and from across the state to participate in the survey, which covered factors from leadership to benefits to feeling appreciated. Over 80,000 employees at 285 companies completed the survey. According to the globe, the responses were so positive that they expanded the winners’ list to highlight an additional 25 companies.
