Beacon Hill’s Dallas Office Ranked #2 Small Company in DBJ’s Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Dallas, Texas, office recently ranked 2nd among Small companies in the Dallas Business Journal’s 13th annual “Best Places to Work” survey. The office was one of 100 recognized overall, and one of 30 recognized in the Small company category (25-49 employees). This year marks the third time the Dallas office has been named a “Best Place to Work.”

On Thursday, June 25, Beacon Hill Dallas was recognized at the DBJ’s annual honoree luncheon at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel. In all, over 800 people attended the event, which utilized a superhero theme in celebration of the invitees. The DBJ lauded these workplaces for going “above and beyond to ensure that their employees are happy, engaged, challenged, supported and fulfilled.” Nominated companies need to have at least one office within the North Texas area and have a minimum of ten local employees. Survey questions covered areas such as teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, opportunities for personal growth and development, leadership, and employee recognition.
