Beacon Hill’s Fort Lauderdale Office and Miami Office Named to South Florida Business Journals’ Best Places to Work List

The South Florida Business Journal recently recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale as part of the “2019 Best Places to Work in South Florida” List. The office was one of 45 recognized overall, and one of 15 recognized in the Small company category (10-49 employees).

On Thursday, February 21, Beacon Hill Miami and Fort Lauderdale were invited to attend an awards luncheon at The Signature Grand. The awarded companies, selected from a pool of nominations, were ranked within their respective groups based on company size – Small, Medium, and Large. Beacon Hill staffing group ranked #8 on the list.

Nominated companies need to have at least one office within the South Florida area and have a minimum of 10 local employees. Survey questions covered areas such as teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, opportunities for personal growth and development, leadership, and employee recognition.
