Mallory Marrs of Beacon Hill Staffing Group Named to Indy’s Best and Brightest List

Mallory Marrs, Senior Managing Consultant with Beacon Hill Technologies, Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s technology specialty division, was named to the Junior Achievement of Central Indiana 19th annual Indy’s Best and Brightest list.
This event was created by Junior Achievement to recognize up-and-coming talent and the next generation of leaders in the local community. Finalists in each category are judged on professional accomplishments, civic contributions, character and leadership qualities.
This year, 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals were picked from 10 different industries, including Accounting; Banking & Financial Services; Education & Nonprofit; Government, Tourism, & Arts; Health & Life Sciences; Law; Manufacturing, Retail & Services; Media, Entertainment & Sports; Real Estate, Development & Construction; and Technology.
The awards program and reception was held on March 23rd at the Hilbert Circle Theatre in downtown Indianapolis. All 100 finalists were celebrated as they each received an award, and the winners in each category were announced. In attendance from Beacon Hill Staffing Group were Mallory Marrs, Kristen Rodriguez, Megan Johnson, Ashley Clemento, Zach Niccum, Grace Cleveland and Danielle Rasouli.
Regarding the awards, Jennifer Burk, Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s CEO, stated, “These innovative, passionate leaders are changing central Indiana for the better, and serve as inspiration for the thousands of young people participating in Junior Achievement.”
Mallory Marrs was honored to be a finalist! “If you know me, I am passionate about working with Junior Achievement. I started participating in their programs in fifth grade, then attended their summer camp, became a camp counselor, worked with them throughout my college internship and established our first-ever volunteer day there for the Indy Tech office. Being included on their Best and Brightest list was an incredible honor and made me love them even more. It has been incredible to grow throughout the program and see them in several stages of my life!”
Reflecting on Mallory’s achievement, Kristen Rodriguez, Senior Recruiting Manager at Beacon Hill Technologies, remarked, “Our team could not be more proud of Mal!
