Our client, a shared service organization serving affiliates that comprise the second-largest family of independent broker-dealers in the United States, needed data conversion and system migration help for their new back-office brokerage processing system.

Solutions

Beacon Hill Technologies provided quality assurance (QA) consultants to help lead the successful data conversion and system migration to the client’s new back-office brokerage processing system. These QA resources conducted performance tests and wrote test cases using load runner, toad (SQL), and quality center. They were also responsible for analyzing test coverage and outcomes for each application release and advising project managers of any estimated risks before the release date.

The Results

Our team successfully implemented a program that enabled our client to be self clearing, thereby positively impacting thousands of team members and millions of customer accounts.
