Aaron Mace is chief financial officer and managing director of Beacon Hill Staffing Group. As CFO, Mr. Mace has led Beacon Hill's finances and corporate operations to sustain more than a decade of incremental growth, having been named to multiple "Fastest Growing Private Companies" lists every year since 2005. Under Mr. Mace's guidance, Beacon Hill has grown to a $1.075 billion national firm, increasing by a factor of 78 from the time he joined the local boutique in 2004. Mr. Mace is responsible for Beacon Hill's corporate, accounting, and financial operations, directing all financial and tax reporting, banking, budgeting and planning, and operations including payroll, A/P, A/R, IT, and HR. Mr. Mace additionally oversees Beacon Hill's corporate administration, facilities security, marketing, and the integration of front and back office systems.
Mr. Mace is recognized as an expert on all finance, operational, and compliance activities throughout the company. He is a readily accessible subject matter expert that maintains a constant pulse on the well-being of every aspect of the business from corporate operations to office activities. Mr. Mace began his career in public accounting. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he worked in both domestic and multinational companies for over a decade.
A member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and technology committee, Mr. Mace a certified public accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Mr. Mace is an MBA graduate of the Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management, where his coursework emphasized information systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Michael's College.
