Alec McDaniel
Division Director
Mr. McDaniel is responsible for overseeing operations for Beacon Hill Technologies in Raleigh-Durham. During his tenure with Beacon Hill, Alec has worked in account management, recruiting, and leadership functions as part of our teams in Boston and Denver. In those roles he focused on building teams and creating effective delivery strategies with an emphasis on fostering meaningful relationships with his clients, consultants and peers. Having worked across a variety of industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, and telecommunications, his broad experience helps him to tailor and implement effective hiring solutions that allow companies to attract and retain top talent. Prior to joining Beacon Hill he studied International Business at Keene State College and in Barcelona, Spain.
