Allie graduated from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management. While attending school in Orlando, she participated in the Disney College program and continued working at Disney World until graduation. As a Pittsburgh native, she moved back to her hometown after graduation to begin her career in Hospitality. Her love for travel eventually landed her a job as a Trip Consultant for a group travel company, specializing in tours for students and young adults. She managed tour groups in Western Europe to create memorable experiences while also providing 24/7 support on the emergency and critical response team. All of her experience within the Hospitality industry has given her a strong desire to help recent college grads find their dream career, which is what led her to Beacon Hill Campus Recruiting!
