Ms. Morrow is responsible for partnering with both the HR and Payroll teams to manage benefits for all regular, contract and temp employees. This includes responsibility for benefits administration and file feeds, compliance, invoice reconciliation, testing, reporting, and resolving benefits-related issues as well as contributing to the development of departmental procedures and practices. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Morrow served as Payroll and Benefits Specialist for a Lighting Manufacturing company. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Ida College where she majored in Business and minored in Sports Management. She holds an SHRM-CP certification as well. Ms. Morrow has been involved in benefits-related work since 2007.
