Mr. Richardson is the Manager of Customer Engagement for Beacon Hill Technologies National Strategic Accounts Group. He is passionate about collaborating with internal and external customers to provide the highest level of servant based leadership while improving operational processes and protecting business outcomes. Mr. Richardson has been in the staffing industry for over 8 years supporting Fortune 1000 clients focused heavily on operational excellence and expanding client partnerships. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Briton was Senior Customer Engagement Manager for one of the largest professional services firms in the US. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA where he majored in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from Hult International Business School focused in Project Management.
