Ms. Hough leads the temporary recruiting team for Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago. In her six years of working at Beacon Hill, she has successfully built robust candidate and client networks in Chicago, as well as connected with team members in Beacon Hill offices across the country. Her ability to grow and maintain strong relationships with candidates resulted in her placing many top-earning candidates. Ms. Hough is the type of leader that inspires her team of recruiters with her calm and collected, yet highly organized approach. Her project management skills, combined with her ability to connect with candidates have enabled her to manage high-volume client projects and provide top-notch administrative and HR candidates to Beacon Hill’s clients. Ms. Hough earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University. Prior to graduating, she had an internship at an executive search firm which solidified her interest in recruiting and led her to start as a recruiter at Beacon Hill immediately after graduation.
