Mr. Cain is Managing Director and EVP of Beacon Hill Associates and Beacon Hill HR, responsible for the strategic direction and national operation of both practices. As one of the founders of our company, Mr. Cain has played a key role in Beacon Hill's exponential growth, from its origins as a small, local boutique to a nationally-recognized market leader. Beacon Hill Associates is one of the premier administrative placement firms in the country, delivering the highest caliber executive support, office management, administrative, client service, sales, and marketing talent to leading organizations across all industries. Year after year, Mr. Cain and his team partner with C-level executives, influential business leaders, and hiring managers from many of the most desired employers in the country to place thousands of candidates in impactful positions, while also helping emerging-growth companies scale their businesses by adding key talent at the right time.
Under Mr. Cain's leadership, every decision made centers on providing internal employees with the resources needed to foster strong long-term relationships with their clients, candidates, and colleagues. Spearheading the national expansion of his divisions in 2010, Mr. Cain has developed an organization that is widely recognized for high-touch client service, outstanding candidate experience, an incredible candidate network and unparalleled knowledge in many of the nation's largest employment markets. Today, Beacon Hill Associates exclusively manages large, national administrative staffing programs for industry leaders, handles complex high volume staffing requirements for Fortune 1000 companies, staffs call centers for global conglomerates, places Personal Assistants to high profile CEOs, helps college graduates find their first job and places people in support-level positions throughout this spectrum, all while demonstrating a unique ability to understand fit and consistently make the right match.
Mr. Cain brings more than 20 years of industry experience, beginning his career in staffing as a top individual contributor at a privately-owned boutique in 1997, which was acquired by a large, publicly-traded staffing firm. Mr. Cain continued to be a top individual contributor nationally while leading one of their most successful branches until joining Beacon Hill in 2000. Prior to his career in staffing, Mr. Cain worked for three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. He is a member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Boston College, where he graduated from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program and was a member of the Men’s Track & Field team.
