Mr. Cordero is responsible for spearheading client and candidate development efforts for the West Region, including the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, Southern California, and Arizona. In this capacity, his responsibilities include executing strategic account strategies to drive growth and client satisfaction. Mr. Cordero’s role also involves fostering relationships, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to our clients and consultants. He is dedicated to nurturing talent and promoting leadership within his teams, guiding leaders and top performers towards achieving exemplary results. With a relentless focus on driving growth, fostering talent, and delivering exceptional results, Mr. Cordero is committed to making a meaningful impact within our organization and our clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cordero spent over two decades with the world’s largest staffing company, leading business development efforts in the Western US territories.
