Danielle Chapman is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies Division for the Baltimore, Maryland market. Danielle brings over six years of dedicated experience in the staffing industry, connecting Maryland’s premier companies with top-tier talent in the public, private and government sectors. Recognized as a steadfast mentor and advocate for her teams, her clients have come to rely on her for exceptional client service, unparalleled market insights, and the delivery of high-caliber candidates. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Danielle served as a Managing Director of Sales and along with being a top individual producer at a prominent national staffing firm. Before venturing into the staffing industry, she honed her skills during a decade-long career in project management. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
