Jennifer Patterson
Director of Real Estate
Ms. Patterson is responsible for Beacon Hill’s office operations, Jen has 360-degree oversight of our entire office real estate portfolio, actively engaged in planning, project management, and internal customer service. She not only proactively monitors leases to ensure we are ahead on office space expirations and renewals, but she also personally manages build-outs, lease negotiations, designs, and test fits and manages all interfaces between landlords, outside consultants, Beacon Hill IT, and those in the field. She ensures we have consistency and quality in our workspaces. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Patterson served as artistic administrator for New England’s largest opera company. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College where she majored in political science.
