Meghan VanGilder

Ms. VanGilder joined Beacon Hill Life Sciences in 2023 to oversee a new team of recruiters and help to build the new division in the Raleigh-Durham market, while also still providing top talent to regional accounts. Meghan is known for her ability to build lasting relationships, network in her community, and be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. She has worked on both the agency and corporate side of Talent Acquisition, and she achieved president’s club three times in her previous company, including Rookie of the Year. Meghan received her Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising and Management from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago.
