Mr. Frawley is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies Chicago and Oakbrook IL recruiting teams and providing top talent to both local and regional accounts. Mr. Frawley has over a decade of experience within the staffing industry working a variety roles from Lead Recruiter, Recruiting Manager & Director of National Accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a top producer for one of the largest technical staffing firms in the nation where he recruited IT professionals on both a local and national basis.
