Ms. Miller is responsible for supervising the members of Beacon Hill’s Temporary Payroll team who are primarily responsible for resolving issues relating to payroll, and assisting in creating and implementing payroll controls, policies, and procedures. She oversees the weekly payroll process to ensure everyone is paid correctly and in a timely manner. She ensures compliance with state and federal payroll tax laws, labor statutes, and regulations. Michaela earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandies University where she majored in Psychology.
