Michaela Williams
Strategic Billing Manager
Ms. Williams is the Strategic Billing Manager for Beacon Hill Staffing Group. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic billing team that supports Beacon Hill’s National and Strategic Accounts and other large, complicated accounts. This includes ensuring we have dedicated ownership and accountability on a per-account basis for timesheet billing, account reconciliation, applying cash receipts, and collections. Prior to joining Beacon Hill in 2023, she has worked at other staffing agencies, serving in various roles such as VMS Manager, MSP Billing Supervisor, and Accounts Receivable & Billing Supervisor. Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Psychology, and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of North Texas.
