Her journey began as a Technical Recruiter with a major talent firm, amassing 15 years of sales leadership experience. In every role, from Sales Executive to Managing Director, she has consistently showcased commitment and excellence, guiding her team to a 700% growth, and establishing it as one of the company's leading divisions.
Outside of work, Ms. Anderson is deeply involved in community service. She's part of the Board of Directors for the Think of Michael Foundation, serves as Pack Committee Chair for Cub Scouts in her town and dedicates her time to numerous volunteer activities. She graduated from Boston College, with a dual major in Communication and Political Science.
