Rachel Entsminger is the Recruiting Manager for the Washington, DC office of Beacon Hill Technologies where she currently leads the team of technical recruiters, as well as continues to provide delivery for Beacon Hill’s clients herself. Rachel joined the Beacon Hill Technologies division 6 years ago after completing and obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. She is known for providing strong candidates for her clients, as well as maintaining relationships and providing excellent recruiting services to her candidates in the DMV market. She is also known for training and developing her team of recruiters in order to provide top recruiting delivery to our clients.
