Rachel is responsible for Campus Recruiting and entry-level hiring throughout the New England region. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire, where she was actively involved in recruitment for her sorority chapter, Alpha Xi Delta. These leadership roles/campus involvements sparked her interest in pursuing a career in staffing/recruiting after graduation, and even more recently, her focus on Campus Recruiting to work with recent college grads on their job search!
