Samantha Abdulla

Ms. Abdulla is a founding member of Beacon Hill Associates and is responsible for mentoring and managing new direct hire consultants in our Boston office in addition to managing a large portfolio of successful client relationships. Ms. Abdulla leads by example servicing a range of impressive clients including leading companies in the private equity, venture capital, investment management, consulting, academic, non-profit, real estate, healthcare and life sciences industries. Ms. Abdulla has earned an outstanding reputation and amassed a vast referral network of experienced administrative professionals, after making thousands of placements in the Boston market over the last two decades, while also placing recent college graduates each year in entry level positions. Ms. Abdulla received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, where she majored in environmental studies, minored in women’s studies and political science, all while starting for the varsity women’s lacrosse for four years.
