Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Irizarry worked for two large clinical research staffing firms where she managed multiple teams with the goal to grow and expand business nationally and to gain more market share in the life sciences staffing industry. Ms. Irizarry has been a top performer in her field for years and has gained recognition for her ability to launch and develop producing teams nationwide and globally. Ms Irizarry received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
