Shane Small is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Greater Charlotte Area in North Carolina. He is responsible for leading all sales/recruiting, strategic customer efforts, daily operations, and directly supports key accounts. With almost 10 years of solutions experience, Mr. Small has a proven track record of success in leading and developing teams while delivering quality results to customers across multiple markets and verticals. As a leader he is known for developing highly motivated teams comprised of strategic sellers and technical recruiters. His teams have consistently delivered results by keeping customer and consultant experience the paramount priority. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Shane started his career in IT solutions as recruiter for the largest staffing firm in the nation. Shane received a bachelors degree in business management from East Carolina University.
