Ms. Chapleau is a Senior Managing Consultant based in the Boston office within the Associates division. She was promoted from Staffing Consultant to Senior Staffing Consultant before taking on a leadership role on the Temp team. In her nearly seven years at Beacon Hill, she has achieved Top of the Hill and President’s Club multiple years and has seen her own direct reports get promoted and achieve their goals as well. She remains a pillar on the Temp team for training and recruiting best practices, and is instrumental in training new hires for adjacent teams as well. Ms. Chapleau graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Media Production and a minor in Marketing Communications. She was an active member of media studies programs and clubs on campus, spending most of her college career as a student producer on a variety of student-run films, television shows, music videos, and news programs. After college, she worked in various internships and contracts, including as a Press Office Intern for former Governor Deval Patrick at the Massachusetts State House for a year. She eventually utilized her sales and client service acumen into staffing, and transitioned into work as a corporate recruiter, before working internally at Beacon Hill Staffing Group in 2014.
