Travis Reding
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Reding is responsible for the middle office operational oversight of Beacon Hill Staffing Group including cross-divisional customer oversight, program development, risk and compliance management, and overall client support. With two decades of experience in the IT staffing industry, he has held leadership roles in both start-ups and global conglomerates and is known for consistently delivering excellence to the markets he has covered. Prior to transitioning into operations with Beacon Hill, Mr. Reding was responsible for expansion into several markets to include Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, and South Florida. Before joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Reding managed and expanded the Central Texas region for one of the world’s largest IT staffing organizations and later relocated to Atlanta to lead efforts for one of the company’s largest markets. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University where he majored in exercise and sport science.
