Victoria Ragan
Division Director
Victoria is responsible for leading and developing the Connecticut technologies market, with the office centrally located in Glastonbury, CT. Victoria joined Beacon Hill in 2020 as a Senior Account Executive and has organically grown into her Division Director role. She started in the staffing industry in 2016 and has a proven track record of building strong client relationships and successful teams, along with promoting her passion for women in technology and STEM. She attended the University of Kansas, where she earned her degree in Management & Leadership with a minor in International Business.
