Beacon Hill Has Won the Comparably Award for Best Company Culture
December 15th, 2020
Out of tens of thousands of U.S. companies, Beacon Hill has been named as a recipient of a Comparably Award for having the ‘Best Company Culture’.
Beacon Hill ranked #26 out of the 50 companies that were recognized in the Large Companies category. Beacon Hill was one of five companies on the list that are headquartered in Massachusetts.
Forbes covered the exciting news stating, “Employees want a meaningful mission, a core set of values, goals, and priorities that guide the team. They want to work for companies who adapt to the times, whether that's working remotely beyond the pandemic or focusing on real change in diversity and inclusion. Employees also want transparency in their leaders. They want to work for companies that live their values, with servant leaders that invest in the happiness and growth of their people and the communities around them.”
Rankings were determined based on a combination of questions in core culture metrics, from compensation, leadership, teams, and work environment to outlook, professional development, work-life balance, and perks and benefits.
“To me, our culture reflects our population,” said Andrew Wang, CEO. “We have the industry’s most talented and decent practitioners. Integrity, honesty, and consistency is everything.”
