Beacon Hill Named to Forbes List of Best Temporary Staffing Firms for Second Year Running

Beacon Hill has been named to the America’s Best Temporary Staffing Firms list by Forbes for the second year in a row.

Using the data from 5,200 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers and job seekers with recent experience working with the specific recruiting firm, Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine the top firms that focus on matching job candidates with employers for contract positions to be named America’s Best.

On this list, Beacon Hill ranked #17 out of 150 companies that were recognized.

Contract staffing firms have continued to increase in demand over the last year. In fact, according to the data from the latest American Opportunity Survey from McKinsey & Company, an estimated 36% of employed respondents consider themselves independent workers who seek out contract staffing services.
