For the fourth year in a row, the premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts has recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List! The winners were announced at Staffing Industry Analysts' 28th Annual Executive Forum, held at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX. Beacon Hill was one of five finalists honored in the 500-plus employee category.
"A top priority for our leadership team is to create an environment worthy of the outstanding individuals who define Beacon Hill,” remarked Andrew Wang, CEO. “As such, this award is a true honor.”
Approximately 400 staffing firms participated in the program for 2019, which was conducted by SIA in collaboration with Quantum Workplace and sponsored by Monster Worldwide, Inc. Internal employees were asked to fill out a 40-item online questionnaire measuring 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score, and the top quartile of each category was recognized.
“Monster is honored to celebrate the staffing companies receiving this award in recognition of their best-in-class leadership,” said Penny Queller, Monster’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Talent Solutions. "These companies set the standard for excellence in the staffing industry and are rewarded with a workforce that is committed, engaged and passionate about not only their personal success, but also the success of their company. At Monster, we know how important it is to hire employees that are the right fit, and we’re committed to providing solutions that enable staffing firms to not only do this for their customers, but also for themselves.”
Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s niche brands provide direct hire, executive search, temporary staffing, contract consulting, temp/contract-to-hire, and MSP/VMS and RPO solutions to emerging growth companies and the Fortune 500 across multiple market sectors and all industries. Over time, office locations, specialty practice areas and service offerings will be added to address ever changing constituent needs.
