November 13th, 2015

Beacon Hill Staffing Group was named to The Boston Globe’s prestigious Top Places to Work list for 2015, ranking 22nd out of 40 companies in the "Medium Employers” category. The news was reported in a special Top Places to Work magazine supplement included in The Boston Sunday Globe on November 15th. This is the popular magazine’s eighth year of honoring the state’s most beloved workplaces based on surveys of the people who know best – the employees themselves.

“The success of a company is not only measured by its revenue and profits, but also by the loyalty and satisfaction of its employees,” said Katie Johnston, Boston Globe workplace reporter and Top Places to Work editor. “The winning companies have developed innovative ways to engage and motivate their workers, which often serves as a key factor in innovation and leads to better professional performance.”

News of the ranking was also reported today on BostonGlobe.com as well as Boston.com. The Boston Globe’s 2015 Top Places to Work survey was conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics of Exton, Pa., specialists in employee engagement and retention. The Globe invited 2,178 employers to participate in the survey, of which 357 completed the entire process. Completed surveys were received from 77,000 individuals, who rated their employers based on 24 statements about direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
