Beacon Hill Staffing Group opened its 55th location this month, laying down roots in Hartford, Connecticut. The new office opens with Beacon Hill Technologies, Beacon Hill’s IT staffing division. While Beacon Hill has flourished in nearby Boston for 20 years, and has expanded nationally from coast-to-coast, this office’s opening marks our first entry into the Connecticut market. Leading Beacon Hill Technologies in Hartford is Division Director, Tom Dawicki. Prior to Beacon Hill, Mr. Dawicki helped launch multiple markets along the East Coast, including Hartford and Stamford, and played an essential role while opening, building and developing highly-successful sales and delivery teams in eight of the largest IT markets across the country in both private and public sectors.

Mr. Dawicki prides himself on being attentive and collaborative with clients, partnering to deliver entire teams, managed services, and team build-outs. Many of his client relationships have endured over 10 years, reflecting Mr. Dawicki’s customer-centric methodology.
