Beacon Hill Tops Three Notable Lists for Employee Satisfaction at Large Companies
April 6th, 2022
Beacon Hill was recently named to three notable lists – Best Company Outlook, Best Places to Work: Boston Metropolitan Area and Best Sales Team – by Comparably. These three categories kicked off Comparably’s 6th Annual Best Places to Work Awards for 2022.
For Best Company Outlook, Beacon Hill ranked #41 out of 100 large companies recognized across the country, a ranking determined by anonymous sentiment ratings provided by current employees. Employees answered questions on topics related to company outlook, such as:
- How confident are you about the future success of your company?
- Are you typically excited about going to work each day?
- On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend your company to a friend?
For Best Places to Work: Boston Metropolitan Area, Beacon Hill ranked #6 out of 25 companies named to this list. Comparably’s rankings for this list were based on sentiment ratings provided exclusively by employees in the Boston Metropolitan area. Rankings were derived from a series of workplace culture questions in almost 20 different categories, spanning from compensation and opportunities for career growth, to leadership and overall work environment.
For Best Sales Team, Beacon Hill ranked #35 out of 100 large companies recognized across the country, a ranking derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees in sales departments. Employees were asked to answer a variety of questions relating to workplace attributes, including but not limited to, compensation, leadership, professional development opportunities, work-life balance, and perks and benefits.
“This is by far the best job I have ever had,” noted a current Beacon Hill employee in the Human Resources division. “I am excited to start my day and dedicate 40+ hours of my week to this company, which I haven’t comfortably been able to say at other jobs. This is a rare find; a combination of great people, enjoyable work, appropriate compensation and professionalism.”
Ratings for all three of these lists were compiled during the COVID-19 pandemic (March of 2021 to March of 2022), making these lists especially informative for job seekers looking to find work during The Great Resignation.
