Fastest-Growing Staffing Firm, 4 Years Running

Beacon Hill Staffing Group was recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. as #34 on their list of America’s fastest-growing private staffing firms for 2010. Nearly 60% of the members of this year’s list provide information technology staffing, and Beacon Hill Staffing Group was one of only two Boston-based companies to earn a spot.

“We have always focused on continually improving the business while providing outstanding service to our clients,” remarked Andrew Wang, CEO. “Consistent revenue growth is a byproduct of that commitment.”

Forty-four (44) firms met the requirements for consideration and were named to this elite list for 2009, down from fifty-two (52) in 2009 and (65) in 2008. This is Beacon Hill’s fourth year of recognition in a row, having been ranked #3 in 2007, #11 in 2008 and #25 in 2009.

Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. is the premier research and analysis firm covering the contingent workforce and they publish a list of America’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms each year. To qualify for the list, firms must have at least a compound average annual growth rate of 15% over a five year period, adjusted for acquisitions. The 2010 list recognizes companies for the period between 2005 and 2009. To be eligible, companies had to be privately held, U.S.-headquartered and independently owned. This year’s companies posted median annual compound growth of 26.53%.
