Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Christiansen was Regional Vice President of a global staffing firm, beginning her career straight out of college as an Interviewer before earning promotions to Talent Manager, Business Development Manager, Group Managing Director, Sales Director, General Manager and Vice President. During her tenure, Ms. Christiansen was consistently ranked as one of the top producers in the company through both individual performance as well as developing and leading top performing teams.
