This Fortune 100 financial services client wanted to lean out their organization, streamline their regulatory processes, and create a document management program following recent sanctions that were a result of non-compliance when regulators identified a lack of definitive information, documented process flows, and sound procedures.


Beacon Hill Technologies assembled a team of process engineers to rework, build, and deliver a new process roadmap. We worked with our client’s executive owner and developed a project plan to deliver resources to support a new, on-demand process engineering organization. Our team consisted of industry-leading subject matter experts who specialized in lean Six Sigma, business analysis, process mapping, and process modeling.
