New Software Training
Challenge
Our client, North America's largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, needed staff to train drivers at over 100 terminals across the country on new in-cab software. Our client had a specified timeframe to accomplish this task, and they needed a partner who could provide a solid strategy and implementation plan.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies was selected to deploy a training team on this new software. We worked closely with our client to develop a strategy and plan to reach all sites within the allotted timeframe of the project. Our recruiters sourced, screened, and delivered fifteen software trainers who were committed to traveling to our client’s terminals during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was during a time of travel hesitation. We also identified quality resources who worked with top notch professionalism and remained in place to see the project to completion.
