Ms. DiPaul is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. A dedicated leader, she has earned a reputation throughout her career for outstanding customer service, high quality candidate referrals and delivering creative solutions for her clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. DiPaul managed the Center City location of a successful regional staffing firm based in Pennsylvania, where she was also a top individual producer. Ms. DiPaul began her career in our industry as a Staffing Consultant for one of the largest staffing firms in the world, quickly earning promotions to Staffing Manager and then to Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to her career in staffing, Ms. DiPaul spent two years in sales with The Hershey Company. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University where she majored in Marketing. Ms. DiPaul is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
