Mr. Kepler is responsible for leading business development for the Beacon Hill Technologies sales team in the Dallas office. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Technologies in 2023, Mr. Kepler spent 12 years selling IT services and leading sales teams in the Dallas market. He is passionate about developing team members as they grow in their careers and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Mr. Kepler attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
