Beacon Hill Receives Three Notable Awards – Best Company Outlook, Best Sales Team and Best Workplaces in Boston – by Comparably

April 23rd, 2021

Out of tens of thousands of U.S. companies, Beacon Hill recently received three Comparably Awards for company excellence. Beacon Hill received accolades for Best Company Outlook, Best Sales Team, and Best Workplaces in Boston.

For Best Company Outlook, Beacon Hill scored an A+ by 1,458 employee ratings based upon answers to questions such as “How confident are you about the future success of your company?” Ranking #31 out of the 50 companies that were recognized in the Large Companies category, Beacon Hill was one of six companies on the list that are headquartered in Massachusetts.

Comparably’s Best Company Outlook list is based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees about how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend (referred to as an eNPS or employee Net Promoter Score). All ratings were provided during the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020 through March 2021), making these lists especially relevant for job seekers looking to find their next great place to work.

For Best Sales Team, Beacon Hill once again scored an A+ by employee ratings based upon answers to questions such as “What are some of the best things about your team?” Beacon Hill ranked #19 out of the 50 companies that were recognized.

Comparably’s Best Sales Teams list is based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees in sales departments who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com within the past 12 months. Nearly 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, from compensation, leadership, and co-workers to work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and perks and benefits.

Finally, for Best Workplaces in Boston, Beacon Hill ranked #12 out of the 25 companies that were recognized.

Reflecting employee satisfaction in the immediate and mid-term wake of the pandemic, this year’s award reflects the company’s strength of consistency, as well as extreme flexibility in our workplace culture and operations.

Building a workplace culture beloved by employees is more challenging amid a pandemic,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Beacon Hill’s top-notch ratings by employees in multiple categories is a testament to how they have navigated these unprecedented times. The leadership team’s focus on laying the foundation for business success while caring for its people makes it one of the best places to work in Boston.”

Comparably’s Best Places to Work in Boston 2021 list is based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees in the greater Boston, MA area who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com. Ratings are derived from anonymous feedback on Comparably.com within the past 12 months.
