Chip Thomas
Director of Workforce Solutions
Mr. Thomas is responsible for Beacon Hill Solutions’ workforce solutions business development efforts. His primary duties include providing customized, talent-driven solutions that address the unique needs of our clients while delivering a consultative partnership. Mr. Thomas has 20 years of experience within the managed services and staffing industry. Most recently he was the Director of Strategic Client Development for a top Management Consulting Firm, where he was responsible for building customized solutions to transform and accelerate strategic enterprise initiatives. Prior to Management Consulting, Mr. Thomas spent 11 years with a top global MSP and workforce provider, where he was responsible for the inception and growth of total talent workforce programs.
Mr. Thomas resides in Raleigh North Carolina. He is a proud alumni and former varsity athlete of North Carolina State University. He is actively involved in many community organizations including Community Hope – YMCA, the Rotary Club, the Knights of Columbus, the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. He is the proud father of 3 beautiful girls, ages 8 and 4 (x2).
