Kayla Freeman is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio Texas. She oversees IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management. Ms. Freeman has a proven track record of success delivering to customers across a wide array of industries and has been delivering top technology talent and customer solutions in the DFW area since 2014. As a leader, she is known for developing highly successful internal teams of technical Recruiters, Account Executives, and Staffing Consultants within contract/consulting services divisions, across Core IT, Digital & Creative, and Government Services practices. Ms. Freeman started her career in staffing with Beacon Hill as a Staffing Consultant. She received a Bachelors degree from the Southern Methodist University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business and Applied Physiology and Sports Management.
