Ms. Croyle is responsible for managing and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Pittsburgh. She is an experienced professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Ms. Croyle is known for superior client service, high quality candidate referrals, local market expertise and the ability to deliver on high-volume staffing requirements. She invests time with each client to understand their individual hiring process, observe the work environment when possible and properly identify fit. Her work ethic, candor and commitment to project completion have earned Ms. Croyle an outstanding reputation. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Croyle was a branch manager and top individual producer at a well-respected national staffing firm. She has spent her entire professional career working in the Pittsburgh market in sales, recruiting and leadership roles for some of the area's most recognizable companies. Ms. Croyle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in marketing.
