Marcus Pinchera

Mr. Pinchera is the Division Director of Beacon Hill Technologies market in Arizona, where he is responsible for the sales, delivery, and operational oversight of our portfolio, supporting both national and local customers in the state.
Mr. Pinchera started his journey in the Technology Recruiting and Solutions industry in 2011, with a quick stop in recruiting before moving into sales and account management. While supporting a diverse range of clients, he quickly realized that to succeed at the highest level; a relentless focus on prioritizing customer success, talent service and creating unique solutions to customer challenges was where he excelled. This led Mr. Pinchera into leadership where he supported various portfolios, offices and regions comprising of national, strategic, and local customers and markets.
Originally from Connecticut, Mr. Pinchera attended Eastern Connecticut University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Health & Physical Education. He resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and two children where he enjoys family time, new restaurants, and golfing. Mr. Pinchera serves as a Board Member to Desert Voices; a non-profit organization teaching oral language skills to children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
