Shannon Weaver

Ms. Weaver is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Indianapolis, Indiana, Nashville, Tennessee, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Florida, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio marketplaces. With almost 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, she is known for delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the country’s top companies, and is an expert in both recruiting and account management. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Weaver managed the Chicago office, one of the largest markets, for a national IT staffing firm where she was personally recognized as one of the top account managers in the country, and began her staffing career as a technical recruiter for a start-up regional technology staffing company. She received a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Purdue University where she majored in hospitality and tourism management with a minor in sales and marketing.
