Beacon Hill's Boston Office Once Again Named to BBJ's Best Places to Work List

June 24th, 2016

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Boston, Massachusetts, office was recently named to the Boston Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” list for 2016. Beacon Hill was one of 80 companies recognized by the publication, which determined recognition based on an online survey administered to employees asking them to rate their respective work environment, job satisfaction, work-life balance, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. According to the BBJ, the Boston office ranked 17th in the midsized companies category. On Thursday, June 23, Beacon Hill Boston was among 800 attendees at the BBJ’s 14th annual awards reception at Boston's historic Symphony Hall.

“Building a great work environment for everyone at Beacon Hill is a huge part of our mission,” stated Andrew Wang, CEO. “Our entire management team is extremely proud of this recognition.”

To accept the award on our behalf, our own Tristan Marchette, Senior Managing Consultant with Beacon Hill's Technologies division, took the stage. Concerning what makes Beacon Hill Staffing Group a Best Place to Work For, Mr. Marchette said; "Passion, integrity, [and] appreciation. Passion for our business. Integrity along the way.
