Beacon Hill’s Nashville Office Named to NBJ’s Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Nashville, Tennessee, office was recently named to the Nashville Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” list. Employees from the Nashville office – which is home to BH Technologies and BH Financial – completed surveys from an independent research company covering topics such as team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Beacon Hill Nashville was one of 37 businesses named to the list, and one of 16 in the Small Company category (10-25 employees).
On Friday, April 17, Beacon Hill Nashville was recognized at the NBJ’s annual honoree luncheon. Following the luncheon, a write up on Beacon Hill Nashville’s recognition was published by the journal. The article noted what differentiates Beacon Hill as a “Best Place to Work,” including detailing special employee perks. “Each quarter our entire office does a team-building event where we go out for an entire afternoon and build our friendships through something other than work. We have done happy hours and have even gone indoor go-karting.” And on what makes Beacon Hill different: “The most common trait where our company differs… is that our company is truly built on the fundamental idea that our employees are our most important commodity.”
