Beacon Hill's Boston Office Once Again Named to BBJ's Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Boston, Massachusetts, office was recently named to the Boston Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” list for 2017. Beacon Hill was one of 80 companies recognized by the publication, which determined recognition based on an online survey administered to employees asking them to rate their respective work environment, job satisfaction, work-life balance, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. According to the BBJ, the Boston office ranked 14^th in the midsized companies category. On Thursday, June 22, Beacon Hill Boston joined more than 900 attendees at the BBJ’s 15^th annual awards reception at Boston's historic Symphony Hall.

"We are honored," stated Andrew Wang, CEO. "Making sure Beacon Hill is great for our team members is certainly a top priority."

To accept the award on our behalf, our own David Falzarano, Senior Consultant with Beacon Hill's Associates division, took the stage. This year, acceptance speeches were replaced by 10- to 15-second videos submitted by each company. The videos epitomized what made each a Best Place to Work, and Mr. Falzarano played a starring role in Beacon Hill's. Taken at the quarterly golf outing, Mr. Falzarano takes a break from launching 200-yard drives to say a couple words about his experience at Beacon Hill: "I've worked in staffing for 16 years, and this is the best company I've ever worked for. As a father of two, I get time for my kids, I get time to make money, and I get time to enjoy work. I love it."

Mr. Falzarano was also joined by a number of Beacon Hill compatriots during the evening - Senior Consultant Andre Campagna, Lead Staffing Consultant Angela Chiccarelli, Consultant Jennifer Keaney, Managing Director Kathleen Keliher, Senior Managing Consultant Tristan Marchette and Senior Consultant Matt Shannon. In addition to the awards ceremony, attendees were also treated to musical performances from the band Morningbird, a group of local Berklee School of Music graduates, as well as violinist Vivian Luo, and were given the opportunity to mingle at an after-ceremony reception.
